Relax in Victorian splendor with a bottle of Champagne and toast points in our Pinc Bubble Lounge! Here, you are invited to enjoy the finer things as you sip and reflect on what life must have been like for the upper-class in the Victorian age. Ladies of the house considered their social obligations as a duty, and hosting a soirée required proper etiquette, music, games, food, and more. In today’s culture, everything is fast and oversized. Here, we re-imagine the experience and focus on flavor, great conversation, and reflecting on our history. The noise of the outside world is drowned out by our gentle classical music and slower pace of life.
Our international menu of small plates is a fusion of past and present, Victorian with a modern twist. We will feature all things pink, including fine sparkling wine from Humboldt County, Napa Valley, and Sonoma County. You can enjoy your rosé by the glass or try a wine flight to find a new favorite. If this isn’t your style, we also offer a unique selection of craft beer and smoothies for weary travelers and locals on the go.
In perfect Victorian style, we also offer an assortment of exotic teas. In the 1800s, afternoon tea was an opportunity for ladies to exchange ideas and gossip in the safety of their own homes, away from the public eye. The intimate nature of casual teatime also allowed for more comfortable dresses with less restrictive boning. It was a moment of both physical and social freedom in the afternoon. No fancy dress code here – come as you are!
Beverages will be paired with charcuterie boards featuring locally sourced cheeses and meats, organic crudité, caviar, freshly baked bread, truffles, and more. For dessert, we think pink! Sweet pink confections made from scratch, cotton candy, hand-crafted chocolates, and more. Queen Victoria curated her style and inspiration from every corner of the globe… our globally inspired menu does the same.
